The heart of the system is an ultrafiltration unit. The ultrafiltration principle is based on a membrane which separates substances of different molecular sizes. In the system, the booth water with the overspray is concentrated to such a point that the recovered material corresponds exactly to the original paint and can be reused without further processing.
